Determine material properties
高温,强耐磨损性,产品的材料要求高韧性是不同的,但还需要对整个处理和相关材料。如果您需要耐高温的手板,与pps取得较好,可承受300度高温;如果你需要做透明的手板,PC和丙烯酸材料为佳。
High temperature, strong wear resistance, high toughness required by product materials are different, but the whole treatment and related materials are also required. If you need a high temperature resistant hand board, you can work well with PPS and can withstand 300 ° C high temperature; If you need to make transparent hand boards, PC and acrylic materials are preferred.
常规产品手板:一般选用ABS材料,这种材料制作手板容易加工,手板后处理也比较美观。
Conventional product hand board: ABS material is generally selected, which is easy to process and beautiful after treatment.
耐高温产品手板:可选用材料环氧树脂、黑色PC、PA(尼龙),这四种材料制作手板除黑色PC可以粘接外,其它三种都不可以粘接,需整体加工。
High temperature resistant product hand board: materials such as epoxy resin, black PC and PA (nylon) can be selected. Except for black PC, the other three materials can not be bonded and need to be processed as a whole.
耐磨性产品手板:可选用POM或PA。此两种材料制作手板都不可以粘接,需整体加工。

高韧性产品手板:可选用PA或PP。此两种材料制作手板都不可以粘接,需整体加工。

透明产品手板:可选用PMMA(亚克力)、透明ABS、透明PC等材料。这些材料制作出来的手板,通过抛光,透明度极高,达到跟真产品一样的效果。

CNC是目前在国内应用为广泛的手板制作方法。主要用于塑胶与金属板材加工,将材料在CNC数控技术加工上雕铣加工,再配合能力精湛的手工进行处理,就完成了CNC加工的手板以及模型。
