We should try our best to avoid making mistakes in the processing of handboard models, but in our customized processing industry, it is impossible to make no mistakes, so how should we remedy the mistakes? Generally, remedial materials can be used to fill over cut or wrong cut places. The commonly used remedial material in the hand board industry is atomic ash or 502 glue mixed prickly heat powder.

原子灰为胶状粘稠物，需要配合催干剂才能凝固。进口原子灰较贵，如：德国Bentex-autodody-filler，为100多/250克；国产原子灰较便宜，为50多/850克。

Atomic ash is a colloidal viscous substance, which needs to be combined with a drying agent to solidify. Imported atomic ash is expensive, such as bentex autodody filler in Germany, with a price of more than 100 / 250g; Domestic atomic ash is cheaper, with a price of more than 50 / 850 G.

502胶水混合痱子粉：取适量痱子粉加入502胶水调成稀糊状即可。将调好的材料填入过切的地方待干后再补加工一下。

502 glue mixed with prickly heat powder: take an appropriate amount of prickly heat powder and add 502 glue to make it into a thin paste. Fill the adjusted material into the over cut place and process it again after it is dry.

补救前提是：工件为非透明件，透明工件是不许有粘接痕迹的。一般都是针对塑胶件进行补救，非透明件有：ABS，POM，PA。透明件有：PMMA，PC。

The premise of remedy is: the workpiece is non transparent, and the transparent workpiece is not allowed to have bonding traces. Generally, plastic parts are remedied. Non transparent parts include ABS, POM and PA. Transparent parts: PMMA, PC.

尤其是PMMA也是我们俗称的有机玻璃，因为材料性能的特殊性，很脆易裂，又不能有粘接痕迹，所以在加工过程中要特别注意，一旦下刀过快，整个材料有可能会断裂，那么整个手板就报废，因此PMMA手板样件也是较其他手板较贵的。

In particular, PMMA is also commonly known as plexiglass. Due to the particularity of material properties, it is very brittle and easy to crack, and there can be no bonding traces. Therefore, special attention should be paid in the processing process. Once the cutting is too fast, the whole material may break, and the whole hand board will be scrapped. Therefore, PMMA hand board samples are also more expensive than other hand boards.
