手板加工设备CNC机床有以下要求：

机床要有好的刚性和与承载能力；
The machine tool should have good rigidity and bearing capacity;
工作台面尺寸要与手板外形尺寸相适应；
The size of the worktable should be compatible with the overall size of the hand board;
要有高的精度及精度保持性；

要能快率高地去除余量，且有很高的可靠性；

要求机床能多轴联动，且配有大信息容量的数控系统。

CNC手板加工的特殊要求：

编程：编程人员分析3D图纸，编写控制数控加工程式语言；

CNC加工：cnc加工把多余的地方去掉，从而得到手板的雏形；
CNC processing: CNC processing to remove the redundant place, so as to get the prototype of the hand board;
手工处理；
Manual processing;
表面处理：喷漆、丝印、电镀、特殊的有镭雕、阳极氧化、拉丝等；
