手板模型通常分为:

手板按照制作的手段分:

1.CNC手板:主要是用加工生产出来的手板,优点体现在它能非常准确的反映图纸所表达信息,而且CNC手板表面质量高,尤其在其完成表面喷涂和丝印后,甚比开模具后生产出来的产品还要光彩照人。因此,CNC手板制造愈来愈成为手板制造业的主流。

Its advantages are that it can accurately reflect the information expressed in the drawings, and the surface quality of CNC prototype is high, especially after the completion of surface spraying and silk screen printing. 2:RP手板:主要是用激光快速成型技术生产出来的手板。优点主要表现在它的快速性上,但是它主要是通过堆积技术成型,因而RP手板一般相对粗糙,而且对产品的壁厚有一定要求,比如说壁厚太薄便不能生产,另外受潮容易变形。

手板制作使用的材料:RTV-2室温硫化硅橡胶,ABS,PMMA(压克力),PC,PP,PA(尼龙),PVC,PVC软胶,POM,铜,铝,钢,电木。

制作手板的作用
Function of making hand board
1.检验外观设计;2.检验结构设计;3.参加展览寻找客户;4.避免直接开模具的风险性。5.进行小批量产品生产(1~100件)。

手板产品模型制作方法:
Manufacturing method of prototype product model:
1、脱蜡法:
1. Dewaxing method:
先利用石蜡制作一个产品模型,在模型上粘一个石蜡棒(将来的浇注口,简称浇注口棒)。再手提“浇注口棒”,在纸盒中用调制好的“石膏浆”浇注,20分钟后,去掉纸盒放进100度开水锅中“沸煮”30分钟,让蜡全部煮出。捞出后烘干或晒干,这样,一个模具就“制造成功了”。然后,将加热熔化的塑料,从浇注口灌满,冷却、开模。这样,一个光洁度大的产品模型就制作完成了。

先把自己手均匀涂上一层厚厚的“洗洁净”,把调治好的“有机硅模具胶”涂到手上,每十分钟涂一遍共涂三遍。两个小时后,你就可以脱下一个“厚厚的手板模具”,他的耐温达300度C。浇注塑料后凝固后,可以脱下模具。一个“手板”的产品模型就成功了!
