手板制作的方法和各自的特点

其实,“手板”并不是一个新的词汇,它已经存在了很长一段时期。下面我就来归纳一下济南手板制作有哪几种方法以及它们各自的特点是什么。

激光快速成型。
Laser rapid prototyping.
FDM,是将ABS条用激光烧结而成,它的特点是物理性能和化学成分都与ABS一样,装配性能好,内部结构清晰,但外观粗糙,适合做结构验证的手板。
FDM, which is made of ABS strips by laser sintering, is characterized by the same physical properties and chemical composition as ABS. It has good assembly performance, clear internal structure, but rough appearance, which is suitable for structural verification.
SLA,是将环氧树脂用激光烧结而成,环氧树脂在常温状态下是液态,装在SLA机的箱子里,当激光按图形的结构一层一层扫描时,激光碰到的地方环氧树脂就会由液体变成固体,后,将箱子里多余的液态环氧树脂放掉,就会留下一个和图形一模一样的模型。SLA适合做小件的,但CNC难以加工的手板。
SLA is made of epoxy resin sintered by laser. The epoxy resin is liquid at room temperature and is packed in the box of SLA machine. When the laser scans layer by layer according to the structure of the graph, the epoxy resin will change from liquid to solid where the laser touches. After that, put away the excess liquid epoxy resin in the box, and a model exactly like the graph will be left. SLA is suitable for making small pieces, but CNC is difficult to process.
SLS,由SLA发展而来,它除了兼有SLA的功能外,还可以烧结金属粉末(如铝粉铜粉不锈钢粉等),制作手板的成本比SLA的高。
SLS, developed from SLA, not only has the function of SLA, but also can sinter metal powder (such as aluminum powder, copper powder, stainless steel powder, etc.), and the cost of making hand board is higher than that of SLA.
CNC加工。
CNC processing.
CNC手板模型是综合计算机辅助设计(CAD)计算机辅助制造(CAM)计算机数字控制(CNC)等技术,把计算机上构成的三维数据模型,由整块材料切削挖掘加工而成。它的特点是加工速度快成本低,可以达到很高的加工精度。
CNC prototype is an advanced technology that integrates computer aided design (CAD), computer aided manufacturing (CAM), computer digital control (CNC) and other advanced technologies. The three-dimensional data model formed on the computer is formed by cutting and mining the whole material. It is characterized by high processing speed, low cost and high processing accuracy.


而且材料的选择范围广,可以保证手板模型的材料和批量生产零件材料的一致性。手板的真实感强,表面质量可以达到很高的水平,在进行打磨抛光喷砂喷漆丝印UV电镀等后续加工后,制作效果完全可以同模具生产的产品相媲美,甚更高。由于CNC加工需要一个一个地做,所以它适合做1-5个的批量。

真空复模(硅胶复模)。
Vacuum mold (silicone mold).
其流程是先用母板做一个硅胶模,然后再倒入液态的环氧树指(如PU),再加热让其固化,后就可从硅胶模中取出一个和母板一模一样的手板(模型)。 但硅胶模是软模,其手板(模型)的尺寸精度不高。并且所用材料是环氧树脂,不是真正的塑料。它适合做5-50个的批量。

Low pressure perfusion.
又名低压反应注射成型(RIM),是应用于快速模制品生产的一项新工艺,它将双组份聚氨酯材料经混合后,在常温低压环境下注入快速模具内,通过材料的聚合交联固化等化学和物理过程形成制品。具有效率高生产周期短过程简单成本低的优点。适用于产品开发过程中的小批量试制,以及小批量生产的结构较简单的覆盖件和大型厚壁及不均匀壁厚制品的生产,低压灌注适合做5-50个的批量。
Also known as low-pressure reaction injection molding (RIM), it is a new process applied to the production of rapid molding products. After mixing the two-component polyurethane materials, it is injected into the rapid mold at room temperature and low pressure, and the products are formed through chemical and physical processes such as polymerization, crosslinking and curing of the materials. It has the advantages of high efficiency, short production cycle, simple process and low cost. It is suitable for small batch trial production in the process of product development, as well as the production of panel parts with simple structure and large thick wall and uneven wall thickness products in small batch production. Low pressure pouring is suitable for 5-50 batches.
快速模具(简易模具)。
Rapid tooling (simple tooling).
它是将正式模具简化结构之后,完全按正式模具那样来做模,然后上塑胶机注塑加工,再用CNC加工,以达到图纸要求。简易模具是将模具工艺和机加工工艺有机的结合。它的优点是完全可以按设计的要求选用材料,如ABS-V0,PC+ABS,PA66+30%GF,POM+30%GF等,也完全按设计的要求注塑加工。它的批量适合于50-5000,非常适合产品小批量的试产,是小批量生产理想的方式。
