手板模型加工方式之复模加工

手板模型复模的制作工艺:
The manufacturing process of the replica of the hand board model is as follows
开模具方式有包模、刷模(分片模、立体模、平面模)、灌注模,这是根据产品的大小来决定的。
The mold opening modes include package mold, brush mold (divided mold, three-dimensional mold, plane mold) and pouring mold, which are determined according to the size of the product.
包模:先在模种上包一层厚度为3~5mm的泥土,做石膏外套,除去泥土渍脱模种,把搅拌好的硅胶和固化剂倒入套有模种的石膏外套,固化成 型。
Mold wrapping: first, wrap a layer of 3 ~ 5mm thick soil on the mold seed, make a plaster coat, remove the soil stains, demould the mold seed, pour the stirred silica gel and curing agent into the plaster coat with mold seed, and solidify.
刷模:一般刷三层式根据模具要求多层,一层刷在模种上抽真空,刷到位。二层贴纱布。第三层盖面固化成型。
Brush mold: General brush three layers, according to the mold requirements of multi-layer, a layer of brush on the mold vacuum, brush in place. Two layers of gauze. The third cover is cured.
灌注模:把搅拌均匀的硅胶和固化剂倒入围好模种的容器中,抽真空固化成型。有的不能直接取出模种的还须开刀脱模,以便生产顺利。
Pouring mold: pour the silica gel and curing agent evenly into the container surrounding the mold seed, and vacuum to solidify. Some can not be directly taken out of the mold also have to cut demoulding, in order to smooth production.
手板硅胶特点:粘度低,流动性好,好操作、缩水率小,不变形,缩率在千分之二。收缩率大的话,生产出的产品会变小,其他液体变成固 体后会变形、耐高温。
Characteristics of handboard silica gel: low viscosity, good fluidity, easy operation, small shrinkage, no deformation, shrinkage of 2 / 1000. If the shrinkage rate is large, the product will be smaller, and other liquids will be deformed and resistant to high temperature when they become solid.


手板复模与CNC手板加工的区别:
The difference between the manual mould and CNC manual processing is as follows:
1、加工方式的区别:

采用的是车床加工需要一个一个手板的进行锣,而真空复膜则是做一个原版后,再根据原版做出一个硅胶模具后进行复制。

2、材料区别:

制作的手板一般的常见的ABS、PP、亚克力等材料,而真空复膜做出来确是妨ABS、PP、亚克力材料。

3、加工时间的区别:

真空复膜只要做出硅胶模具后就可复制,一般一个硅胶模具可出8-15个产品,时间上要比CNC加工快很多。

CNC加工的精度会比真空复膜出来的精度要高很多。

5、表面处理的区别:

手板模型表面处理比如喷油,一般CNC制作出来的手板可以喷完油后放入烤箱烤干,而真空复膜出来的却只能自然风干。
